Production Studios

SirReel Production Studios will be a modular production ecosystem driven by rotational throughput, shared assets, and a delicately intentional shoot rhythm—powered by precision, momentum, and Pribyl-style logistics.

Overview

Studio Operating Model

SirReel Production Studios will operate like a precision rail system—small, nimble teams cycling through standing sets and outside locations in a continuous rhythm. Instead of spinning up each shoot from scratch, projects will be prepped in clusters and executed consecutively across multiple environments.

As COO / EVP of Development, lp will architect that rhythm. She will oversee staffing, scheduling, and slate cohesion while also serving as acting head of key creative departments during the launch phase—establishing the tone, efficiency, and aesthetic consistency that will define SirReel Production Studio’s brand.

Guided by her signature Pribyl-style logistical coordination, SirReel Production Studios will function as a modular production ecosystem—where creativity runs on rails and logistics hum like a symphony. We will begin with verticals—quick-turn, high-impact shoots proving tone, crew rhythm, and reliability. From there, we will ramp up volume—stacking shoots back-to-back across standing sets and field locations to maximize continuity of crew, wardrobe, and design. Once the rhythm locks, we will elevate quality and scale—upgrading the production value, and eventually budgets, to be in line with our modern industry standards.

Over time, the system will become a self-sustaining studio engine—filling the platform with both in-house productions and carefully curated outside projects, each selected for brand alignment and executional excellence. Every project will reinforce the same production values, visual tone, and operational efficiency that will define the SirReel Production Studios standard.

Departments

Cross-Functional Leadership

WAY Pribyl Style. A pool of crew and talent will have the team ready for moment by moment pivots.

Development

As EVP of Development, side by side, lp will curate the studio slate, seeking out the most ideal projects for both the SRPS produced projects, in line with the outside produced aquisitions. ensuring every project aligns with SirReel Production Studio’s brand, aesthetic, and production rhythm.

Teams

Alpha · Beta · Charlie

SirReel Production Studios will run on a rotational throughput model. Multiple teams, using an "Alpha, Beta, Charlie" approach (no hierarchy—just timing), will move in rhythm, each occupying its own production lane so that prep, shoot, and wrap overlap seamlessly in multiple locations, in delicate harmony.

Team Structure

Regarding scheduling, Alpha will kick off each production cycle. As a situational example, while Alpha is shooting the hospital scenes within their designated project, Beta will slide into the Police Station, and Charlie will hold court at an exterior or flex location.

Each technical crew (DP, Gaffer, Grip, etc.) will operate within their assigned team structure, and each Alpha, Beta, Charlie crew will maintain consistent support in vanity departments — hair, makeup, and wardrobe. This intentional repetition builds a familial shorthand across sets and enhances efficiency through trust, collaboration, and rhythm.

21-Day Production Cycle

Each SirReel team will follow a 21-day rhythm: seven days of prep followed by two seven-day shoots. While one team films, another preps, and the third wraps — ensuring continuous motion without overextension. This rotational model will keep every department in step, protecting morale and maximizing resource flow.

Prep · 7 Days

Lynda will oversee script breakdowns, casting, wardrobe, and set readiness — structuring overlapping prep windows so each team can stage and hand off seamlessly.

Shoot 1 · 7 Days

The first block of scenes — establishing tone and visual continuity across sets. Standard ten-hour days; departments rotate in synchronized fashion.

Shoot 2 · 7 Days

The second block or continuation arc. Teams pivot to alternate sets while wardrobe, casting, and art roll forward under shared continuity oversight.

Operational Throughput · Studio Pulse

LP will oversee a rotational flow that balances creative precision with technical efficiency. Each phase feeds the next — crew momentum, set readiness, and post-handoffs syncing into one continuous pulse.

  • • Alpha shoots · Beta preps · Charlie wraps
  • • Shared crew continuity across departments for speed and tone alignment
  • • Rolling inventory system tracks wardrobe, props, and equipment by cycle
  • • 21-day loop scales naturally to add teams or expand shoot windows as needed

As the cadence solidifies, SirReel Production Studios will evolve into a continuous, modular content engine — fast, cinematic, and built to scale without losing its signature rhythm.

Org Chart · Launch Phase

During the launch, LP will serve as the operational and creative core of the studio — overseeing staffing, scheduling, and slate development while leading key departments hands-on until systems stabilize and scale. As production volume grows, individual department heads will be layered into this framework while LP remains the through-line — ensuring every project aligns with SirReel’s operational design, brand rhythm, and cinematic standard.
