She is trusted for her creative judgment, operational discipline, and ability to guide ambitious work from early development through final delivery with clarity and composure.

Throughout her career, Lynda has overseen projects ranging from nimble experimental executions to large-scale, high-visibility productions involving union crews, celebrity talent, and global stakeholders. Her strength lies in seeing the full production ecosystem early and aligning creative ambition with budget, schedule, labor requirements, and infrastructure so teams can move quickly and confidently.

With deep experience across development, bidding, budgeting, scheduling, labor relations, payroll, risk management, post-production, and delivery, Lynda brings a systems-level understanding of production that allows her to anticipate challenges and solve problems before they surface. She is equally comfortable partnering with creative teams, account leadership, and clients, ensuring alignment without friction.

In 2020, Lynda cofounded G8Check Health & Safety, helping lead one of the first companies to safely return productions to work during the pandemic. Starting from the ground up, she helped build the organization into a trusted industry resource—developing protocols, managing hundreds of productions worldwide, safeguarding thousands of crew members, and supporting complex environments across film, television, commercials, live events, and corporate settings. Clients included Netflix, Disney+, NBCUniversal, Snap, Google, the Los Angeles Opera, and the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
