Meet Amélie
chef · dreamer · lemon muse
Born in Menton between the lemon groves and the Ligurian sea, Chef Amélie Laurent grew up with one foot in France and the other in Italy — a bridge between two flavors, two rhythms, two loves.
After years spent in kitchens from Provence to Florence, she returned home to share her philosophy: that beauty lives in simplicity, and that every meal — no matter how small — can be a moment of light.
Her favorite dish? Angel-hair pasta with lemon crème sauce — humble, heavenly, and kissed by sunlight.
