Lynda believes lasting creative work is built by protecting vision while mastering execution at scale.
Lynda Pribyl is an executive producer and production strategist with over three decades of experience bringing ambitious ideas to life across film, television, commercials, digital media, experiential, gaming, and live events. She is known as a true producer’s producer, equally trusted for her creative judgment and her ability to run complex productions with clarity, discipline, and calm.
Over the course of her career, Lynda has led projects ranging from nimble experimental formats to large scale, big budget, celebrity driven productions, working with high profile talent, global partners, and delivery environments where precision and discretion are essential. Her uncommon strength is seeing the entire production ecosystem early and aligning creative ambition with the realities of budget, schedule, and infrastructure so teams can execute without friction.
As fluent in spreadsheets as she is in storytelling, Lynda brings deep command of production systems from development and financing through budgeting, scheduling, payroll, union compliance, post production, and final delivery. She has worked at every level of the process, which allows her to protect vision while ensuring projects land on time, on budget, and with exceptional fit and finish.
In 2020, she cofounded G8Check Health & Safety, one of the first companies to safely bring productions back to work during the pandemic. Starting from nothing in an entirely new space, Lynda helped build the company into an industry leader, creating protocols, managing hundreds of projects worldwide, safeguarding thousands of people, and generating millions in revenue. Clients included Netflix, Disney+, NBCUniversal, Snap, Google, the Los Angeles Opera, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and many more.
Today, as Founder and Executive Producer of Hive Projects, Lynda partners closely with Chief Creative Officer Andy Robinson, combining creative leadership and production infrastructure to build a studio designed for scale, longevity, and cinematic excellence. Hive Projects reflects her belief that when execution is handled with intention and intelligence, creative work does not just succeed, it scales.

Andy believes the strongest work lives where craft, emotion, and disciplined execution meet.
Andy Robinson is the Chief Creative Officer of Hive Projects and an Executive Producer and Director with over three decades of experience spanning television, feature films, commercials, branded entertainment, original content, and live events.
A graduate of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, Andy came up through the camera department as a cinematographer before expanding into directing and executive production. That foundation in image and light continues to shape his creative philosophy, with work that is visually refined, emotionally grounded, and designed to feel lived in rather than constructed.
Andy has led productions domestically and abroad, collaborating with major agencies, studios, brands, and creative teams across a wide range of formats. From originating creative through final delivery, he remains deeply involved in every phase of the process, with particular strength in post production where he oversees editorial, finishing, and final polish.
During the pandemic, Andy played a key leadership role at G8Check Health & Safety, guiding teams and authoring safety protocols that enabled productions and live events to return responsibly. He was directly involved in developing reopening protocols for major cultural institutions, including the Los Angeles Opera, which became one of the first performing arts organizations to reopen to the public. His work during this period reflected both operational rigor and the calm creative leadership required to move complex organizations forward under unprecedented conditions.
Today, as a partner at Hive Projects alongside Lynda Pribyl, Andy defines the studio’s creative DNA, overseeing development, production, and post pipelines while shaping the visual and narrative direction of each project. His leadership ensures that every frame reflects Hive’s commitment to cinematic craft, clarity of execution, and enduring emotional impact.
